Machine advantage

1. Guidepost and guideway
All the guideposts are coated with chrome, the thickness is about 70 micron comparing to some manufacturers with only 20-30 micron chrome coating, this is the most durable design in China market to ensure durability of the components. (the cost of chrome coating is also very high).

2. Mixing shovel
All the mixing shovels in the material feeding car are made by wearable material using special craft. As the mixing shovels, it is belonged to easily damaged parts, but with our technology, we can extend the lift circle of them. A simple way to test the shovels, just use a saw blade to scratch it, the poor quality shovels will be covered with scratches, better quality will keep its original appearance.

3. Oil cylinder wall
The cylinder wall is made of high intensity steel with hot forging treatment to reduce the gap between molecules. With this technology, the cylinder wall is capable of anti leakage and penetrating in a long period.

4. Welding spot
Check the welding spot carefully; The welding spots should be in smoothness without air bubbles. The block making machine is in vibration status most of the time, if the welding technology is not qualified, the machine frame won't be used for a long time.

6. Vibration system
Multiple source vibration system (German technology) makes the vibration platform without blind spots. That's to say the materials can be vibrated at the same force to ensure the blocks with the same intensity and quality. Our machine vibrates vertically with synchronization. This vibration system is suitable for many kinds of materials with good performance.

7. Equipment for storing and distributing hopper
Separate design standing at the back of the block making machine, it can avoid the rest vibration of the vibrator to keep the material in loosen status. Heavy materials will fall to the bottom and lighter materials will rise to the upper level with the vibration influences, this design aims to reduce the segregation effects to the minimum.

8. We use very strong steel and pipe to make the machine, for many parts, our components is thicker and stronger.
